IMPORTANT NOTE: - Since it is hand made by craftsmen, therefore, there may be irregularities. Each pillow is unique and may differ in exact pattern BUT that is what is so special! The actual color may differ from the color displayed on the screen. DRY CLEAN ONLY, due to their natural dyes colors may fade on contact with water.

Most of our products are hand-sewn right here in our Florida workshop. However, for this particular item, we collaborate with a production partner in India. They handcraft our designs under fair trade conditions, ensuring ethical production practices such as fair compensation, safe working environments, and a strong respect for workers‘ rights.      

We recommend using a feather insert that is either the same size as the cover or if you want a fuller look you can go 1-2 inches larger than the cover. Feather inserts give a much nicer look and feel. If you prefer a more spongy feel you can use a polyester insert, but would stick with the same size insert as the cover. Hope that helps.

GENERAL SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (3-5 days during sales and product launches). Orders placed late Thursday evening and Friday are typically shipped out the following Monday.

Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Although we do our best to ship all orders properly, once they leave the U.S., we have no control over any additional cost. Please be aware that customs charges may apply. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Please note that between November 25th and December 25th there will be delays in shipping. Shipments may take longer due to mail traffic. Please plan accordingly.
